FEPAC 2020 Accreditation Decision

At a recent meeting held January 24, 2020, the Forensic Science Education Program Accreditation Commission (FEPAC) concluded its review of programs seeking FEPAC accreditation or reaccreditation during the 2019 cycle. 
 
The accreditation decisions are:

  • Boston University School of Medicine, Boston, MA

Master of Science in Biomedical Forensic Science
Full accreditation for a term of five (5) years.
 

  • Florida International University, Miami, FL

Bachelor of Science Degree, Certificate in Forensic Science
Full accreditation for a term of five (5) years.
 

  • Florida International University, Miami, FL

Master of Science in Forensics Science
Full accreditation for a term of five (5) years.
 

  • Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis, IN

Bachelor of Science in Forensic and Investigative Sciences
Full accreditation for a term of five (5) years.
 

  • John Jay College of Criminal Justice, New York, NY

Master of Science in Forensic Science
Full accreditation for a term of five (5) years.
 

  • Laurentian University, Sudbury Ontario CA

Honors B.Sc. in Forensic Science, FS & Chemistry, FS & Biology
Full accreditation for a term of five (5) years.
 

  • Marshall University, Huntington, WV

Master of Science in Forensic Science
Full accreditation for a term of five (5) years.
 

  • University of Tampa, Tampa FL

Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science
Full accreditation for a term of five (5) years.
 
Congratulations to these programs succdessfully complying with FEPAC accreditation standards.  FEPAC will reconvene on February 16, 2020 to review all other reports submitted during the 2019 review cycle.
